Max initially joined Apex in 2016 to work in a support role as a Resourcer.  Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions within the Construction industry Max quickly became our “Go-To” for candidate and client knowledge within this sector. Due to the success Max demonstrated within this function he has now elevated his career to the position of “Permanent Construction Specialist” within the team. As the title suggests, Max now works exclusively with permanent client requirements within the Construction sector, specialising within Demolition and the Middle-Management arenas.
