Overview

Due to recent success we are currently recruiting for an FM Estimator on behalf of a leading building services company and a provider of Hard Facilities Management services.

Operating for over 25 years, they offer a range of services including design and build, fit-out and refurbishment. They operate in a variety of sectors such as Commercial, Educational, Retail, Health and Industrial.

This pivotal role ensures clients receive tailored and effective solutions for their building services needs by collaborating closely with clients, business development and engineering teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and delivering successful project outcomes while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will be preparing competitive and accurate tenders, quotations, and cost plans.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The salary is paying up to £60k per annum. You will also receive pension, Bupa Healthcare and 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. This is a hybrid role. You would be expected in the office, in St Albans, 1 day per week minimum. You will get the chance to work on a variety of exciting and challenging projects whilst been in a supportive and collaborative working environment.
