We are currently recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to work as part of the Social Housing and Residential team with one of the leading construction contractors in the Uk.

Responsibilities:

• Specifying of voids
• Carry out pre and post inspections of all void works
• Monitoring work progress
• Supervising subcontractors and trade operatives on void properties
• Ensuring a high quality of workmanship
• Ensuring works completed on scheduled time, to the budget and on high standard
• Ensure all client’s expectations are achieved
• Attending all client and internal operational meetings

Experience:

• Experience in a supervisory role within voids contracts in social housing
• Experience in preparing jobs specifications
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work on their own and as a part of the team
• Good time management
• Computer literate
• Full clean driving licence
