Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator on behalf of a local affiliate authority organisation.

The Technical Administrator will be working as part of a team carrying out administration duties in relation to the public highways.

Role Description

  • Answering phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Data inputting and programming work.
  • Liaising with internal and external bodies and providing an excellent customer service.
  • Approving the licensing for skips and scaffolds on the public highway.
  • Coordination of activities affecting the public highway.

Skills & Attributes

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of road construction techniques and street-works safety.
