A client of ours, a leading Facilities Management company, are looking to recruit a Static HVAC engineer for a site based in Manchester. The role will be to carry out all HVAC maintenance / service works within a well-known commercial / retail property in central Manchester. Candidates will hold the relevant City & Guilds qualifications as well as being F Gas qualified. This is a permanent role working a 40 hour week Monday – Friday plus 1 in 7 weekends.

Role Description:

– Assist supervising contractors and sub-contractors
– Day to day planned preventative maintenance are completed within contractual obligations
– Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and company policy. (Fire regulations, COSHH, safe work practices, PAT testing, PPE, etc)
– Maintenance / Service of HVAC units.
– Carry out reactive repairs
– Undertake Ad-hoc duties

Qualifications / Experience:

– F gas qualification
– Must have experience in relevant Health and Safety legislations
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team or an individual
– Ability to record work accurately
– Take responsibility for own actions
– Pro-active approach to work

– Full UK driving license
