We are looking for a Site Administrator for a 6 months contract on a large scale Energy project in Brigg from mid April.
The Position
To assist with the smooth running of the Administration Department by carrying out tasks as required. You will be responsible for
- Carrying out general administration duties for all members of the construction & safety team, whilst reporting directly to the Project Manager.
- Ensuring that all site administrative functions operate efficiently and cohesively
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to improve their performance
- Assisting with telephone answering duties and management of all visitors as required and if the receptionist is unavailable.
- Ensuring key paperwork systems are updated.
- Ensuring key information is prepared, coordinated & distributed to the construction team.
- Ordering stationery
