We are currently recruiting for a Resident Electrical Engineer to work for a well established facilities company on a retail site in Bradford.

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a day to day basis across the site. At times you will support with minor new works. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in Electrical maintenance within commercial environments. Experience in Mechanical/ Plumbing disciplines would also be advantageous.

This is a permanent position based on a rotating 4 on/ 4 Off shift pattern (8AM-8PM)

Responsibilities

• PPM maintenance
• Reactive maintenance
• Carry out test, servicing, diagnostic, repairs and calibrate advance electrical and mechanical installations
• Work safely and in accordance to Health and Safety procedures
• Perform maintenance tasks and other associated tasks on any part of the site as and when required
• Operate as part of an effective professional maintenance team

Skills & Attributes

• Strong working knowledge of Electrical maintenance
• 17th Edition qualified
• City and Guilds, BTEC, NVQ equivalent qualifications
• Experience preferably in a similar Facilities Management / Building Services back ground
• Experience in other engineering disciplines EG Mechanical/ Plumbing
• Trustworthy and reliable
