Services include Site Visits, Consultancy, Design, Material Selection, Fabrication, Installation and Project Management.

Essential Functions:
• Planning, managing and controlling all factory functional departments to ensure that production output and quality targets are achieved to the set requirements by the management.
• Ensuring all production within the factory is achieving the output targets in terms of quantity, quality, yield, wastage, unit costs, and in accordance with health, safety and environment standards
• Preparing weekly production reports on achieved/ look-ahead basis, which is to be coordinated with the project management team.
• Controlling all the departments/ production lines in the factory to ensure strict compliance to establish procedures on quality control
• Overseeing the operation, programming and maintenance of imported machinery.
• Maintaining logbooks and upkeep of machines and developing/training operators for each specific machine
• Well versed in the management of factory operations and imported machineries and plants for marble and granite production industry
• He should update the forecast planning schedule.
• He should prepare the cutting orders when received with drawings with actual site measurements and cross check for wastage.
• Need to schedule the shop floor production.
• He should monitor records and update the production related documents.
• He should keep a track on Machine consumables on stock.
• Will be responsible for any bad quality production, wrong production, excess wastage etc. Due to negligent.

• Knowledge in Auto Cad & Microsoft office.
