A client of ours, a leading Facilities Management company, are looking to recruit a number of Mobile Multi skilled Electricians. The role will be covering all planned and reactive maintenance works on commercial properties throughout the East Midlands / East Anglia area (Ideally based in Essex / Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge or Letchworth). Candidates must be 17th edition qualified and ideally C&G 2360 qualified. This role is available for an immediate start, working Monday – Friday with some out of hours work required.

Role Description

– Carrying out planned maintenance/ service works on commercial properties
– Mobile role working from home with van and all equipment supplied
– Work to be carried out to according to up to date 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
– Acting as a representative on behalf of the client in a customer facing position
– Must be appropriately qualified and experienced in testing and inspection
– Fully funded company vehicle provided

Skills & Attributes

– Ideally you will be a time served electrician with demonstrable experience carrying out planned / reactive maintenance works on commercial properties

– Experience carrying out building fabric maintenance
– City & Guilds 2360 (advantageous)
– 17th Edition Wiring Regulations
– F Gas qualified (advantageous)

– Strong Electrical and Mechanical maintenance with good knowledge oh heating and air con systems.
