A client of ours, a leading Facilities Maintenance company, are looking to recruit a Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in central London. The role will be to cover all planned / reactive mechanical maintenance works ensuring the smooth running and safety of the building. Candidates will be F Gas qualified, ideally with experience working on cooling towers. This is a permanent role with an immediate start available.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all Client Health and Safety Policies and procedures are adhered to on site
• Support the supervisor to plan the PPM labour inclusive of out of hours working, schedule any reactive tasks and ensure the effective completion of all maintenance work on site.
• Work to agreed quality systems, ensuring preventative and remedial actions are taken where necessary.
• Preparation of quotations for additional works.
• Supervision of additional works on site ensuring full compliance with the appropriate site requirements.
• Ensure best purchasing practise using the companies nominated suppliers.
• Comply with Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
• Complete any other associated task or reasonable request by the Contract Manager / Supervisor

Candidate Requirement:

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Familiarity with safe working practices
• Mechanically biased multi skilled engineer
• F Gas Qualified
