Due to an increase in production demands we are currently recruiting a Mechanical Fitters to join our client on a permanent basis at their site in Leeds. These roles will be available for experienced apprentice trained Mechanical Fitters who are looking for a long term role within a well-established and well known organisation. Candidates will have strong demonstrable experience working within a Mechanical engineering environment with experience in hydraulics and forming own pipework. Overtime is available being paid at premium rates.

Hours :

Hours of work Monday – Thurs 0730- 1600/ Friday 0700 – 14.00

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a medium to heavy engineering environment would be an advantage.
• Good all-round experience with hydraulics assemblies, pipework, and general component assembly
• Ability to work to tight tolerances and have excellent attention to detail
• Must be confident working with and reading engineering drawings

Candidate Skills
• Time served apprentice trained Mechanical engineer
