Due to a recent contract win, our client, a nationwide HVAC and M&E service provider is looking to recruit a number of Permanent Fabric Engineers across the Yorkshire region to establish a service team to cover the customers estate.. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a leading, stable company who are continuing to grow in the current economic climate. Ideally candidates will have demonstrable experience working within a Fabric Maintenance role within commercial/ retail environments covering a wide range of disciplines including Plumbing, Joinery and Electrical Maintenance. . Candidates will ideally be time served in an engineering discipline however those with demonstrable work experience will be considered. Company Van and all PPE will be provided. Large amounts of overtime available paid at premium rates

JOB ROLE

Key Responsibilities
* Service and Maintenance of commercial /retail sites covering all aspects of building fabric.
* Carrying out maintenance tasks to a high standard.
* Completing SOP tasks.
* Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely manner.
* Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely manner.

Skill set and qualifications
* Candidates will ideally be time served in an engineering discipline
* Demonstrable experience working in a Building Maintenance role covering a range of engineering disciplines.
* Full UK Driving Licence
