We are currently recruiting for an HVAC Service Engineer on behalf of a premier air conditioning and mechanical specialist.

As the HVAC Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. The successful candidate will be somebody who can adapt their skill set to suit a wide range mechanical building services plant and infrastructure. The work will generally be in commercial office environments and will involve travelling across the UK. Some over-night stays will be required on occasions.

Any necessary training will be provided, and support will be available from their current experienced engineers, to make up gaps in your knowledge base. All of the equipment that is maintained by the company is covered by the manufacturer’s technical help desk.

The general working hours are 7.30am – 4pm. You will be paid from when you leave home right until you return home. Any overtime before 7.30am or after 4pm will be paid at time and a half. All day Saturday is also paid at time and a half. If you work on a Sunday or a bank holiday this will be paid at double time.

The ideal candidate will have commercial gas qualifications. F-gas is also highly desirable although training will be provided to the successful candidate if required. Electrical qualifications will also make a positive impact towards your application.
