Due to expansion we are currently recruiting for a HVAC Engineer to join a rapidly growing facility services division of a family run M&E company.

Operating for over 30 years, they specialise in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance and M&E works across the commercial and industrial sectors,

They have a healthy client base and buildings to work on. This is a great opportunity for a switched on and hungry individual to grow as the division does.

As the HVAC Engineer, you will be carrying out service and maintenance works on a range of ac & heating systems across the central belt of Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Day to day responsive and preventative planned maintenance works across a varied and wide range of ac & heating systems.
• Response service, fault diagnosis, repair and renewal works.
• Planned preventative maintenance works.
• Carry out other general building services ppm when required.
• Ensure all certification and documents are completed accurately.
• Working to relevant Health & Safety Practices while on site.
• Ensure that any work carried out is compliant with relevant legislation and is in line with contract SLAs.

Skills & Attributes

• Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications.
• F-Gas Qualification.
• 17^th or 18^th
• Able to adhere to Health and Safety legislation at all times.
• Well organised and able to work on own initiative.
• Excellent inter-personal skills and able to deal professionally with clients.
• Full UK Driving License.
