Overview

We are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver or Vacuum Tanker Driver on behalf of the capitals leading maintenance service companies providing plumbing, heating, drainage, and other various services to both domestic & commercial clients.

With their fleet of service vehicles, fully qualified engineers, and dedicated office team they offer a genuine 24-hour 7-day service covering all their customer’s maintenance issues and requirements.

You will be expected to deliver a high standard of work with excellent customer services using your technical expertise whilst ensuring your work vehicle, uniform, and equipment are all kept clean, tidy, and to a very high standard. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.

Training will be given to anyone who has not used vacuum tankers before, ideally ex tanker drivers would be great or someone with drainage experience.

In this role you can also earn bonus based on performance. The company will also provide training and progression opportunities.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a vacuum tanker.
• Assisting the drain jetting crews and service engineers.

Skills & Attributes

• At least 5 years’ experience in the industry
• Great time keeping & punctuality is a necessity
• Good customer service skills with the ability to deal with customers
• Hold a full UK driving licence
