I am currently recruiting on behalf of a nationwide Facilities Management firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Hard Services Facilities Manager to join a resident site based in Bradford. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a leading company who are continuing to grow in the current economic climate. Candidates must have demonstrable experience working within a Facilities Management role within a commercial retail setting with a solid understanding Hard Services Management. Candidates will also need to ensure the sites remains compliant with legislation there fore experience with this is a must. This position is available for an immediate start.

Hours of Work – Monday – Friday 40 hours

JOB ROLE

*Manage day to day operation on site
*Maintain site compliance in line with legislation
*proactively generate work on site
* Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely manner.
* Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely manner.

Skill set and qualifications
* Candidates must has demonstrable experience working within a Facilities management role within a commercial/ retail environment
*Strong working knowledge of maintenance schedules, PPM’s/ RM’s
*Experience working to ensure sites remain compliant with current legislation.
