Due to a recent contract win, our client, a nationwide HVAC and M&E service provider is looking to recruit a permanent Commercial Plumbing / Fabric Engineer across the Lincoln region to join its current service team . The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a leading, stable company who are continuing to grow in the current economic climate. Ideally candidates will have demonstrable experience working within a Fabric Maintenance role within commercial/ retail environments covering a commercial plumbing along side other fabric maintenance duties. Candidates will ideally be time served in an engineering discipline however those with demonstrable work experience will be considered. Company Van and all PPE will be provided.

JOB ROLE

Key Responsibilities
* Service and Maintenance of commercial /retail sites covering all aspects of commercial plumbing and building fabric maintenance.
* Carrying out maintenance tasks to a high standard.
* Completing SOP tasks.
* Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely manner.
* Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely manner.

Skill set and qualifications
* Candidates will ideally be time served in an engineering discipline
* Demonstrable experience working in a commercial plumbing/ Building Maintenance role covering a range of engineering disciplines.
* Full UK Driving Licence
