Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Estimator on behalf of a growing electrical contractor based in the South East.

The company has a proven track record of working on prestigious projects throughout London and the South East and are looking for an Electrical Estimator to carry out tender submissions for Commercial and Industrial projects ranging from £1k to £350K.

Role Description

• Production of detailed and accurate electrical estimates for projects
• Meeting with clients to review and cost works they require
• Pricing site surveys carried out by other members of the team
• Reviewing specifications and documentation
• Carrying out tendering and take-offs on multiple projects simultaneously
• Finalising tender submissions and completing presentation documentation as required.
• Working alongside the project team you will respond to tender requests as well as liaise directly with clients.

Skills & Attributes

• Demonstrable Electrical Estimating background.
• Background of workimg with established contractors
• Proven ability with providing accurate take-offs and tenders
• Extensive knowledge of the Electrical field
• Experience of using Estimating software (Ensign preferred)
• Sharp individual with an eye for detail
