Our client, a leading service business to the retail refrigeraiton sector across the UK, are looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join their existing team in Warrington. The successful candidate will be required to analyse data provided on a numebr of in house systems (Verisae) in relation to service and equipment performance across the clients estates and identify any reccuring trends.

The successful candidate will be required to answer enquiries via email/ telephone and contribute to achieving targets set for the technical help desk team.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working within a commercial data analysis role. Exposure to a service/ maintenance background would be advantageous but not essential

Skills/ Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Data Analysis role
• Excellent IT Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of using Verisae ( Advantageous)
• Experience within the maintenance/service sector
