A client of ours, a major Facilities Maintenance company, are looking to recruit an Assistant Regional Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract. This opportunity has arisen due to an increase in workload. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a leading company to help look after an increasing portfolio of commercial properties within the South London area. Ideal candidates will have solid working experience in a similar role within a facilities maintenance service environment and will be proficient in the use of MS excel and word. This role is available for an immediate start, working Monday – Friday, office based with some travel to sites.
