OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for a Administrator/ Order Processor to join a leading engineering firm in the Morley area of  Leeds on a temporary basis for up to 6 weeks. The role will require candidates to input requried data into Sage as requested by the procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, solid IT Skills. Experinece working with SAGE would be highly advantageous.

Job Description

  • Entering data accurately using a Sage system and Microsoft Office packages
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls and queries
  • Other administrative duties including filing, photocopying etc.

Skils / Qualificaitons 

  • Demonstrable experience working within an Administraiton / Order Processing role
  • Have a professional telephone manner with an excellent command of the English language
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Packages and CRM systems ( Experience with SAGE is highly advantagesous
