Due to increase in work, we are recruiting for a Static Multiskilled Electrical Engineer to work for a leading Facilities Management company to cover a site in Brighton 2 – 3 days per week

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a day to day basis across a commercial site ensuring compliance. Candidates will have previous experience in Electrical maintenance within commercial environments. Experience and qualifications in A/C, Gas OR Plumbing disciplines would also be advantageous.

Salary – Up to £34k (Pro Rata)

Responsibilities

– PPM maintenance
– Reactive maintenance
– Carry out test, servicing, diagnostic, repairs and calibrate advance electrical and mechanical installations
– Work safely and in accordance to Health and Safety procedures
– Perform maintenance tasks and other associated tasks on any part of the site as and when required
– Operate as part of an effective professional maintenance team

Skills & Attributes

– Strong working knowledge of Electrical maintenance
– 17th Edition qualified
– City and Guilds, BTEC, NVQ equivalent qualifications

– Qualified in another discipline A/C ( FGAS), Commercial Gas, Plumbing ec,
– Experience preferably in a similar Facilities Management / Building Services back ground
– Trustworthy and reliable
