Due to recent contract wins and continued business growth we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service/ Operations Manager to join our well known Refrigeration client to cover the North. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a leading, stable company who are continuing to grow in the current economic climate. Candidates must have sound knowledge of Refrigeration systems and have demonstrable experience working within a Service Management role in the retail/ commercial refrigeration sector

Job Description
• Responsible for SLA Compliance and cost control across three contracts with a £5M Turnover.
• Managing client expectations and building relationships to allow for future contract growth.
• Ensuring all legally compliant maintenance activities are completed on time and recorded
• Building & presenting monthly/quarterly contract KPI reports to share with the client and senior team.
• Full line management responsibility for multi skilled refrigeration engineers and supervisors.
• Management of all HR related issues to minimise associated risk to the business.
• Adhering to the health and safety objectives set by the Board of Directors.
• Achieving reductions in direct costs through high quality preventative maintenance.
• Development and implementation of strategies to reduce contractual penalty possibilities.

Qualifications/ Skills
Ideally time served within Refrigeration/ A/C however those with demonstrable experience within a similar role will be considered.
Demonstrable experience working in Service/ Operations Management within Commercial/ Retail Refrigeration.
