We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager on behalf of a leading Building Services Contractor who operate throughout the UK. As the Mechanical Project Manager you will be responsible for the coordination and management of all Mechanical aspects of projects up to £2M in value. These include commercial developments, MOD/Defence, Health and Educational buildings.
Responsibilities
• Managing multiple mechanical contracting projects at once
• Organising a network of engineers, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Ordering materials and equipment for projects
• Liaising closely with clients to ensure smooth running of projects
• Supervision of site operatives on site
Skills and Experience
• Minimum qualification of HNC in Building Services Engineering or an approved apprenticeship
• Previous experience managing Mechanical installation projects in the UK
• Mechanical background and qualifications with onsite installation experience
• CSCS Skill card
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Full UK driving license
