Due to a number of recent contract wins, we are recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for a leading Facilities Management company to cover the Lincoln and surrounding area.

You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on a day to day basis across a range of commercial environments. At times you will support with minor new works. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience in Electrical maintenance within commercial environments. Experience in Mechanical/ Plumbing disciplines would also be advantageous.

This is a permanent position based on Days with a large amount of overtime available paid at x 1.5 after 40 hours.

Responsibilities

– PPM maintenance
– Reactive maintenance
– Carry out test, servicing, diagnostic, repairs and calibrate advance electrical and mechanical installations
– Work safely and in accordance to Health and Safety procedures
– Perform maintenance tasks and other associated tasks on any part of the site as and when required
– Operate as part of an effective professional maintenance team

Skills & Attributes

– Strong working knowledge of Electrical maintenance
– 17th Edition qualified
– City and Guilds, BTEC, NVQ equivalent qualifications
– Experience preferably in a similar Facilities Management / Building Services back ground
– Experience in other engineering disciplines EG Mechanical/ Plumbing
– Trustworthy and reliable

Candidates are required to hold a Full UK drivers licence
