Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Residential Management on behalf of a property management company based in North London.

Operating for over 15 years, they have a portfolio of over 900 properties which they look after. These are residential, office blocks, industrial estates, mixed use properties and leisure and retail units as well as development sites.

They have a workforce of over 55 and are currently looking to add a Project Manager and a Head of Residential. Experience gained through the ranks would be ideal, to include all of management and maintenance etc

Candidates need to have residential management experience, as well as up to speed with legislation including HMO.

This is a permanent position, based in North London, working Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm. The salary is paying £65k per annum.
