OVERVIEW & ROLE DESCRIPTION

Overview

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of one of the UK’s leading building services companies.

Established over 40 years, their head office is based in London, and they also have several over offices across the nation. They are known for their services in M&E, FM, Design and Construction.

They are a well-known company with hundreds of employees working for them. They work in a range of sectors including commercial, residential, health and transport.

This is a permanent position, based at their office in Plymouth, paying £20k per annum. Working 37.5 hours per week. Benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday, sick pay, pension and performance related bonus.

 

Responsibilities

  • Reactive / PPM dispatch and job management through to completion
  • Logging of reactive jobs
  • Re-scheduling / re-routing engineers
  • Engineer and subcontractor liaison
  • Checking engineer timesheets
  • Resolving / escalating client queries or complaints
  • Management / assistance with Client reports
  • Management support (as directed)
  • Management of shared mailboxes
  • Assist with the management of contracted KPIs/SLAs
  • Client Liaison
  • Call handling
  • OOH rota updates / checks
  • Reactive Uplifts
  • Assist with contract renewals
  • Assist with contract completions
  • Assist with contract set up
  • Any other duties as directed by the Line Manager or Supervisor

 

Skills & Attributes

  • Preferable NVQ or equivalent in Administration or Customer Service.
  • Organised, able to prioritize and work to deadlines.
  • Team player, flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills.
