As PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting activities across a wide range of projects from smaller assignments for our enterprise clients through to large-scale, complex Design & Build technology projects.
In this hands-on and varied role, you’ll be involved in the project lifecycle from initiation through to close and handover, providing effective and coordinated support by acting as a consistent point of contact for key stakeholders for the duration of the project
Possessing strong digital skills and with a keen interest in both technology and project management, you’ll work with project and function leads across the business to develop agreed methodologies using a range of software platforms.
By implementing and applying project governance controls, you’ll ensure the consistent, scalable delivery of our projects, whilst providing analysis and reports in order to track status and ensure that issues are quickly identified and resolved.
Demonstrating sound levels of knowledge and skills in project delivery, you’ll provide recommendations for continuous improvement and general guidance and support to project managers and other colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Act as a central and consistent point of contact and information for each project throughout its lifecycle, from initiation through pre-construction, delivery and close out.
- Coordinate, manage and maintain project pre-implementation tasks; setting up the required Monday.com project and installation boards, assigning tasks and assessing the ongoing update and completion of the boards.
- Work with stakeholders to establish, implement and maintain appropriate change control processes and communication channels.
- Ensure that the systems and processes are in place to monitor and control project costs are updated on a weekly basis, flagging any potential issues at the earliest opportunity.
- Support our Authorised Partner (AP) Project Award Process, ensuring that Project Specifications have been created that accurately reflect the project programme and scope.
- Work with Project Managers to coordinate and provide accurate resourcing forecasts to the Operations Team, ensuring that labour requirements can be supported, highlighting potential risks.
- Support the creation, development and continued update of project programmes, understanding key milestones, critical interdependencies and associated resourcing levels.
- Produce and maintain Project Risk and Issues Registers, assessing the probabilities and impacts of the risks throughout the project lifecycle, including potential impact, corrective actions and resolutions.
- Lead the implementation and digitisation of new processes and initiatives that create efficiencies and improve project reporting.
Skills & Attributes
- A relevant qualification, e.g., Prince2, APMP or PMP a recognised equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar role, with experience of project and/or programme coordination.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including the key competency areas required to support delivery activities in projects, programmes and portfolios, including planning, scheduling, risk management, change control and benefits management.
- Sound understanding and application of data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in order to communicate effectively with colleagues and key stakeholders in our customers’ organisations.
- Very strong MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc.) and general IT skills.
- Experience using MS Project.
- Experience using a digital Project Management tool.
- Experience supporting the delivery of multiple multi-package projects of various size and duration.
- Full, Clean Driving Licence.
