Due to continued growth, our client, an industry leading business in the supply and maintenance of Air Compression equipment, is looking to recruit a Mobile Service Engineer based in the Derby / Nottingham area to join their existing service team.

The ideal candidate will be time served with a Mechanical background and have demonstrable experience working within a service role. Experience with Air Compression equipment is highly advantageous however driven candidates who are interested in moving into a new sector will be considered.

This is a permanent role based on days Monday – Friday (37.5 hour week) with a large amount of overtime available paid at premium rates.

As part of continual development, all candidates are provided with an ongoing 2 year training programme.

Duties:
• Carry out planned maintenance on air compressors, systems and ancillary products.
• Attending equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, identify parts needed and complete repairs.
• Complete relevant paperwork in detail, ensuring the paperwork is clear, accurate and legible.
• Keeping the customer informed and ensure all work completed is done with their approval.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience carrying out maintenance / service on Air Compressors ( Advantageous)
• Time Served within a Mechanical discipline
• Full UK Driving License.
• Able to use own initiative as well as working as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
