Due to a recent contract win, our client, a nationwide HVAC and M&E service provider is looking to recruit an experienced Plumber to join its current service team in the North West. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a leading, stable company who are continuing to grow in the current economic climate. Ideally candidates will have demonstrable experience working within a Maintenance role biased towards plumbing within commercial/ retail environments. Experience in Joinery/ Electrical would be advantageous. Candidates will ideally be time served in an engineering discipline however those with demonstrable work experience will be considered. Company Van and all PPE will be provided.

JOB ROLE

Key Responsibilities
* Service and Maintenance of commercial /retail sites covering all aspects of building fabric.
* Carrying out maintenance tasks to a high standard.
* Completing SOP tasks.
* Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely manner.
* Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely manner.

Skill set and qualifications
* Candidates will ideally be time served in an engineering discipline
* Demonstrable experience working in a Building Maintenance role – ideally this will be plumbing biased
* Full UK Driving Licence
