A client of ours, a leading Facilities Management company, are looking to recruit a static Service Engineer based at a retail complex in Birmingham. The role will be carrying out all planned and reactive maintenance work within the complex. The ideal candidate will have previous facilities maintenance experience with a strong fabric skill set, possessing good electrical and mechanical knowledge. This is a permanent role working a 40 hour week Monday – Friday.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Planned Maintenance
• Reactive Maintenance
• Updating CAFM systems
• Assisting with various sub-contractors

Key Skills and Qualifications

• General fabric, plumbing and electrical qualifications (City and Guilds/NVQ)
• Ideally 17th or 18th edition qualified
• Previous experience working in similar role
• Strong work ethic to ensure all duties carried out in an efficient and professional manner
