A client of ours, a leading Facilities Management company, are looking to recruit a Mobile Semi-Skilled Engineer to cover all planned and reactive maintenance works on commercial properties throughout the Cambridgeshire area. Candidates must have a Facilities / Building services background with plumbing experience and relevant trade qualifications. This is a Temp to Perm role, available for an immediate start, working Monday – Friday with some out of hours work required. Candidates must have a CSCS card, PPE and own hand tools. Electrical tools will be provided.

Role Description

-Carry out planned / reactive maintenance repairs across various contracts.

-Assess and order parts and equipment necessary for individual tasks.

-Undertake training as required to perform the duties of the role.

-Assist other trades as/when required.

-Undertake any other duties as directed by Managers.

-Prepared to work out of hours when required.

-Suitable candidate will be invested in and put through any training to develop.

Skills & Qualifications

– Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.

– Experience carrying out building fabric maintenance.

– Relevant trade qualifications.

– Health and Safety knowledge.

– Full clean driving license.
