Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Revit MEP Technician on behalf of a global design, engineering and project management consultancy.

The Revit MEP Technician will be involved in a range of prestigious projects as a key member of the Buildings Services design team.

Role Description
• Producing 3D coordinated models on a large mixed-use, residential and commercial projects using Revit MEP.
• Producing schematic and detailed 2D CAD drawings using company standard CAD/BIM systems, processes and procedures.
• Assisting the CAD Manager with any other duties as necessary.
• Carrying out measurement surveys as and when required.
• Liaising with all the other building services specialists within the team.
• Working to project deadlines and successfully budgeting below allowed guidelines.

Skills & Attributes
• Experienced user of Autodesk AutoCAD 2D
• Experience of using Autodesk Revit MEP.
• M&E background and a sound knowledge of services coordination.
• Able to carry out a wide range of tasks in support of technical staff and be capable of undertaking CAD duties unsupervised.
• Support project staff in general office duties including filing, control of incoming/outgoing documents, photocopying, scanning and faxing documents.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
